Food culture carried forward
Delicious Catering began with a simple idea: bring the flavours of home to the people and businesses of the UK. Imdad and Samina combined their Kenyan heritage, Indian food culture and entrepreneurial spirit to create snacks that feel familiar, generous and full of flavour.
The business has grown from a market stall into a modern manufacturing operation, but the purpose remains the same — making halal Indian snacks with consistency, care and a genuine sense of hospitality.

From Wembley Market to Uxbridge
Each stage of the journey has helped shape the way we work today: proudly rooted in food culture, ready for growth and focused on the businesses we supply.
- Early 1990s
A new beginning in the UK
As a Kenyan couple, Imdad and Samina Nurbhai settled in the UK and brought with them a deep love of the food, flavours and hospitality that had shaped their lives.
- Early 2000s
Starting at Wembley Market
They began by making and selling samosas and spring rolls at Wembley Market. What started as a small market venture soon built a loyal following for its generous flavour and dependable quality.
- Late 2000s
From market stall to factory
With a growing reputation for familiar Indian snacks, the business moved into its first factory and began manufacturing at scale while keeping the care of its early recipes at the centre.
- The 2010s
Growing through West London
Having established Tasti’s Choice across West London, the business moved to a manufacturing base in Park Royal and began extending its reach throughout London.
- Late 2010s to today
A national brand from Uxbridge
By the end of the decade, the business had moved to its current Uxbridge premises. From here, it has continued to grow Tasti’s Choice as a trusted national brand and a reliable supplier of halal Indian snacks.
